Maximum credits available for completing a full mentorship term

Earned through documented mentoring sessions and activities

For each documented mentoring meeting (max 2 per month)
Documentation Requirements
Required Records
- Detailed meeting logs with dates, duration, and topics covered
- Learning objectives and outcomes for each session
- Monthly progress reports signed by both mentor and mentee
- End-of-program assessment and evaluation forms
