Credit Structure

Per 6-Month Program

Maximum credits available for completing a full mentorship term

2 PDH

Per Month

Earned through documented mentoring sessions and activities

Per Session

For each documented mentoring meeting (max 2 per month)

Documentation Requirements

Required Records

  • Detailed meeting logs with dates, duration, and topics covered
  • Learning objectives and outcomes for each session
  • Monthly progress reports signed by both mentor and mentee
  • End-of-program assessment and evaluation forms

The LSU Mentorship Program is recognized for PDH credits in the following states:
